Building the Empire State Building
The boys in our class have been really busy building the Empire State Building. They've followed very intricate instructions to carefully construct the tall tower. After a lot of hard work, concentration and collaboration, the boys finally completed the building. Thank you also, to Barry, for lending us a screwdriver and battery to really illuminate our construction!

Active learning
In Junior Infants we are very busy doing lots of active learning! We have been developing our fine motor skills by doing some manipulative activities like cutting, drawing, building using blocks, measuring in the sand area, using play dough, etc.
We are also developing our imaginations and our skills of co-operation and conversation by engaging in collaborative activities, such as jigsaws, role-play and playing in small world areas.
